Kyle Herma Landry, MEd
Kyle Landry, MEd, is the Founding Partner of Clinic to Classroom. In this role, Kyle leads the organization’s vision, strategy, and development of services that help families, schools, healthcare systems, and community organizations better understand and support the educational impact of children’s health and developmental needs.
Previously, Kyle served in education and pediatric healthcare leadership roles, including Founding the Educational Achievement Partnership Program at Children’s Wisconsin. There, she led the development and expansion of a hospital-based education liaison program connecting healthcare, families, and schools through direct support, professional education, research and quality improvement, and the development of tools and workflows that translate clinical information into meaningful educational support.
Prior to entering pediatric healthcare, Kyle was an elementary educator in Milwaukee. She was a founding staff member and Lead Teacher at Milwaukee College Prep’s 38th Street Campus and previously taught within Milwaukee Public Schools. Her experience across classrooms and healthcare systems became the foundation for her work addressing the gaps that emerge when a child’s health or development affects learning, behavior, attendance, participation, and access to school.
Kyle has served as principal investigator or co-investigator on more than $1.5 million in research and quality improvement funding. Her work has been published in School Psychology, Circulation: Cardiovascular Quality and Outcomes, and other academic publications, and she has presented nationally and internationally to audiences across healthcare and education.
Kyle earned a master’s degree in Cultural Foundations of Community Engagement and Education and a bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education from the University of Wisconsin–Milwaukee. She is currently pursuing a PhD in Leadership and Organizational Development at Carroll University. She was named a 2022 Milwaukee Business Journal 40 Under 40 Honoree, received the HEAL Association’s Nan Songer Distinguished Member Award, and was recognized by Conquering CHD as its Heart Hero of the Year.
Kyle is a mom of three children, each with unique medical and developmental needs, bringing personal experience navigating healthcare and education systems to her professional work. She is also active in professional and community leadership, having served on the HEAL Association Executive Board, Professional Dimensions Charitable Fund Executive Board, and is currently co-chair of the Children's Wisconsin Foundation "Spark Forward" Affinity Group Campaign.
